Marble Finds handles collectible glass. Condition, originality, and surface integrity are fundamental to value. This return policy is designed to maintain fairness while protecting collectible condition standards.
Returns are accepted on items that do not meet buyer expectations. A return request must be initiated within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Requests made outside this timeframe cannot be accommodated.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be packed securely and shipped with appropriate protection. Marble Finds is not responsible for damage occurring during return transit.
All returned marbles must be received in the exact same condition as originally shipped. Items showing wear, polishing, cleaning, impact marks, substitution, or alteration of any kind will not qualify for a refund.
Refunds are issued only after the returned marble has been safely received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages and Shipping Issues
All marbles are carefully inspected and securely packed prior to shipment.
If an item arrives damaged:
• Notification must be provided within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photographs of packaging and damage are required
• Retain all packaging materials for carrier review
Failure to provide documentation may prevent resolution.
Condition Disputes
Marble Finds provides high-resolution photography and accurate grading notes to accurately represent each marble honestly.
Variations in monitor calibration, lighting perception, and personal interpretation do not constitute misrepresentation.
Returns based on condition disagreement remain subject to the standard return requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items returned outside the 48-hour window
• Items showing post-delivery wear or alteration
• Items damaged during return shipping
• Items not in original condition
Refund Process
Once a return is approved:
• Buyer arranges return shipment
• Marble is inspected upon receipt
• Refund issued to original payment method
Refund eligibility is determined solely upon inspection.
