At Marble Finds we are collectors ourselves, and we know that buying glass you cannot hold in your hand takes a measure of trust. This policy is written to honor that trust. If a marble is not right, we will make it right.
Your 7-Day Inspection Period
You have 7 days from delivery to examine your marble in your own hands and light and decide whether to keep it. If it does not meet your expectations for any reason, email us at moc.sdnifelbram@ofni within that window and we will walk you through the return.
Return Shipping
For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and we ask that the marble be packed as carefully as it was sent to you. If a marble was misdescribed, misgraded, or arrived damaged, that is on us: we cover the return shipping and refund your original shipping charge as well.
Condition of Returned Marbles
Marble value depends on surface and originality, so returned marbles must reach us in the same condition they left us. We cannot accept a return that shows new wear, cleaning, polishing, buffing, or any other change. Refunds are issued once the return arrives and we have confirmed its condition, normally within 2 to 3 business days, to your original payment method.
If Your Marble Arrives Damaged
Every marble is photographed, inspected, and packed with condition as the first priority, and insurance is included on every shipment. In the rare event that something arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Send a few clear photos of the marble and the packaging
- Keep all packing materials until the claim is resolved
We will handle the insurance claim for you and make it right with a full refund, or a comparable replacement if you prefer one and we have it.
A Note on Color and Grading
We photograph every marble with no editing or enhancement and grade conservatively using a consistent standard, so that what you see is what you receive. Screens and room lighting do vary from collector to collector, so if you have any question about how a marble looks or grades before you buy, please ask. We would rather answer ten questions than have a marble surprise you on arrival.
Higher-Value Pieces
For marbles priced over $500, we are glad to provide additional photographs, a short video, or a phone call before you decide. A significant piece should feel like a confident purchase. Just reach out and we will set it up.
