Size: 5/8 Inch
Condition: Near Mint+
A colorful vintage Akro Agate Sparkler featuring numerous fine multicolored vanes suspended within a clear glass base. The tightly gathered vanes display shades of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, white and soft lavender, producing a remarkably detailed pattern for a 5/8-inch marble.
Viewed from the sides, the closely spaced colors form finely layered bands. At the poles, the individual vanes converge into the distinctive radial construction associated with Akro Sparklers. The clear base allows light to travel through the marble and brings additional depth to its colorful interior.
The surface retains strong original gloss. A very tiny chip is present and is reflected in the conservative Near Mint+ (8.9) grade.
