GERMAN, Rare Cased Clambroth, 8 Red Bands on White #104

Antique German handmade cased Clambroth with original pontils. White opaque base and transparent core (note how it appears to glow) with 8 red surface bands under clear outer glass. Bands are not perfectly equidistant. Display ready. Circa 1850-1880. A legitimate example of a scarce construction type in mint condition.
